The True History of Lyndie B. Hawkins

Wow! That's the first word that comes to mind after reading this book. Gail Shepherd has written a beautiful novel about friendship, loyalty, and family. There is a lovely cadence to Ms. Shepherd's writing that lulls you into the story and never lets you go. Bravo!
